We had such a good experience buying our first car here. We’re new to Vancouver and Jack was so nice right from the start. He was patient, sincere, and answered all of our questions since we were really new to buying cars.
We ended up really liking the Mazda CX-5, especially when we saw the white leather seats. We actually came back an hour later because we didn’t want to risk losing it, and we got the deal done. Jack kept us updated throughout the process and we picked up the car the following week. We did the paperwork with Sam and he was also very helpful with his advice.
All in all, we’re super happy we bought a car from them. They were transparent, helpful, and made us feel safe and confident with our purchase.
I will definitely buy again in the future.
