This wasn’t an impulsive purchase. I made the decision because Jack is genuinely a good, honest person, and it shows in the way he communicates. I didn’t even feel the need to negotiate much because I trusted not only Jack, but the entire Capilano Volkswagen team. Everyone was professional, helpful, and supportive from start to finish.
