I had an excellent experience working with Capilano VW. They are great communicator,s very respectful and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Alex, my salesperson, let me take the vehicle on two road tests and even met me at the dealership on his day off, which I really appreciated. The negotiation on price was transparent and straightforward, and I ended up with a brand new ID. Buzz that I absolutely love. Alex carries himself with real professionalism — and he’s a sharp dresser too. Highly recommend working with him!
