We were in need of a reliable used commuter vehicle for our son while in university and started the onerous search a few weeks back. The first vehicle we found was at Capilano Volkswagen and Jack Rennie was who cheerfully greeted us on the lot.
We wanted to ensure we did our due diligence, so we continued on our plan of checking out a number of vehicles across the lower mainland. It became evident after the first hour of our search that our initial encounter was absolutely the best! We called Jack enroute and told him we were coming back to talk to him about purchasing the car we looked at.
Jack was there to meet us when we returned, walked us through the vehicle and history and we made the decision on the spot to purchase. He was honest, engaged and we immediately trusted him.
And his follow through is even more commendable. We picked up the car yesterday and as my son and I pulled up, there was Jack, buffing the front headlights to ensure the car was top notch for our son to drive off the lot!
Our whole experience at Capilano Volkswagen was excellent from the purchase and paperwork to the insurance and pick up, but the 5 star review is in thanks to Jack. We highly recommend speaking to him if you too are on the hunt for a new car.
