I bought a car from Capilano Volkswagen on Tuesday, November 25. I originally went there just to look, but after speaking with salesperson Jack Rennie for about 10 minutes, I decided to buy a car — and the entire process took less than 30 minutes.
This wasn’t an impulsive purchase. I made the decision because Jack is genuinely a good, honest person, and it shows in the way he communicates. I didn’t even feel the need to negotiate much because I trusted not only Jack, but the entire Capilano Volkswagen team. Everyone was professional, helpful, and supportive from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle — not just a VW, but any car. And especially, talk to Jack. I will definitely buy from him again in the future.
