A week ago we arrived at Capilano Volkswagen VERY frustrated with our two days of searching for a new car. We had been to several dealers (not VW) in the Lower Mainland and were surprised at the total lack of interest shown to us by sales associates at the various dealerships.
It was a treat to enter the lot at Capilano. As we approached the showroom door Essiano Majidi welcomed us, shook our hands and invited us to come in and discuss what we were looking for. In just under 2 hours we had test-driven and purchased a 2026 Tiguan!
Everyone we encountered at Capilano Volkswagen was service-oriented, and a pleasure to deal with. Saving the best for last - Essiano Majidi was outstanding! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient (in explaining the many features of the car!), and, not surprisingly, top salesman for this month!
