Volkswagen Canada has announced the highly anticipated return of its legendary "Bus," reimagined as the all-electric 2025 ID. Buzz. Set to arrive at Canadian dealerships by the end of this year, this modern take on a classic combines retro-inspired design with cutting-edge technology, starting at $77,495.

The ID. Buzz comes equipped with a 91 kWh battery, offering 282 horsepower in rear-wheel drive models and an impressive 335 horsepower in the all-wheel drive 4MOTION variant. Drivers can expect a range of approximately 377 km for RWD models and 373 km for AWD versions, making it suitable for both urban commutes and longer journeys.
Distinctive Design and Customization
The ID. Buzz's exterior features an oversized VW logo, short overhangs, and an expansive greenhouse, paying homage to its predecessor while embracing modern aesthetics. Customers can choose from eight exterior colours, including eye-catching two-tone options with a Candy White top for an additional $1,500.
Inside, the ID. Buzz offers three exclusive interior colour themes: "Cognac" for a mid-century modern feel, "Dune" for a coastal-inspired look, and "Moonlight" for a dark, elegant ambiance. These carefully curated interiors complement the vehicle's exterior design, allowing for personalized expression.

The ID. Buzz comes standard with a 12.9-inch infotainment display, a 5.3-inch ID. Cockpit digital instrument cluster, and Volkswagen's IQ.DRIVE advanced driver assistance technology.
